Our Four Pillars of Collaboration
Improved learner outcomes can be achieved by providing regular, diverse and numerous opportunities for collaboration as a pedagogical approach to learning. This is further authenticated by developing a cohesive network of teaching and learning relationships, maximising the reach of expertise within our kura, and developing an ethos of collaborative professionalism across all teaching staff.
